Management of the sales department of the company, structuring the activity of the sales people, procedures for increasing the sales.

We audited all processes related to sales – customer search, offering, negotiating and signing a contract, transport, storage and delivery of products to the customer, handling and installation, warranty support, distribution network and much more. The need for implementation of new and more adequate software (ERP system) was identified. We have proposed a change in the activity of sales people in order to better focus entirely on sales.
We have revised the terms and contracts for distribution, we have created entirely new contracts for installation of doors.

Result – redefining the activities in the sales department to increase sales, signing contracts with distributors and door installation subcontractors.
