Company process optimization and sales boosting.

We have audited the company’s website (online sales channel) and the sales in stores. Organization by categories, product pages, presentation of items, promotions, delivery, and return were needed improvements. Some activities in the stores, directly connected to the sales, needed serious improvement. We proposed reorganization of some logistics processes, optimization of warehousing and transport, as well as improvement of financial reports and analyzes.

Result – we’ve achieved an improvement in the overall performance of the company and the management. Increased sales, better service in stores, less dead stock in the warehouse and reduced defective goods, faster processes for in and out of the goods in the warehouse, optimized delivery, better reporting, and control of financial flow.
