We have reviewed the sales process in the stores and the activity of the sales agents. We’ve made specific proposals for sales increase as well as the establishment of a new e-commerce platform (b2b web site), connected to the ERP system. We discussed the marketing strategy for the next 12 months.
We have audited the company logistics in every warehouse and we’ve made specific proposals for logistic optimizations in order to have faster and easier order fulfilment and to position the company as a market leader in visual communications branch.
The result – after the audit we have defined measures for improvements – sales increase, logistic optimization and establishing a new e-commerce platform. We defined specific stages of development. It all led to strengthening the leadership position of the company in the visual communication business.
